Please note that not all classes listed below are being offered at this time. See our Schedule for classes currently offered.

Gentle Flow... A Hatha flow class in which movements of strength and grace link fluidly together with awareness and attention to breathing. This is a mild introduction into Vinyasa yoga and great for beginners looking to ease into a flow practice. Flow yoga utilizes proper alignment, attunement to the breath, focused attention, and development of strength, flexibility and endurance. All levels welcome.

Radiant Fire... A dynamic flow class that will build inner heat and challenge you to reach your edge. The main body of this class links breath and movement in an almost constant pace. A strong beginner's practice is recommended, though not required to attend. Explore new depths of your yoga and be inspired to surf your edge.

Vinyasa Repeat... A moderate flow class that sits somewhere between gentle and fire flow. Same routine, everytime. This is an excellent class for beginners (though open to all levels) feeling their way into a regular yoga practice. It allows you to know what to expect, every time. Also great for those looking to establish a regular home practice, but are in need of a consistent routine.

Gentle Hatha... Yoga for tight bodies, or for those who feel that touching their toes is slightly out of reach.

Runner's Yoga... Designed specifically for runners (and other aerobic-trained athletes) who would benefit by stretching the hamstrings, opening the hips, synchronizing breath with movement and increasing lung capacity through Pranayama (breath work).

Yoga Seeds... This class is divided into 3 segments of Pranayama, Asana, and Meditation with slight variations mixed in respectively. It is my hope that you will enjoy a yoga experience that will allow you to incorporate added mindfulness into your practice and daily life. All levels welcome.

Restorative Yoga... Receive all the benefits of a 'regular' yoga class while allowing the props to support the spine. Pillows, bolsters, ties and other props provide opportunity to open, expand and stretch. A restorative yoga practice will bring the whole body into a deeply relaxed state, with the mental, psychological, and emotional bodies in blissful balance! Guided meditation/visualization.

Women's yoga... Designed to support a woman's physical, spiritual, and emotional health, this class offers an opportunity to reach deep inside of yourself and explore your divine feminine. A combination of gentle vinyasa and restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation, followed by discussion, poetry and tea time. Relax, revitalize, renew...

Yoga Funk... Yoga with a twist, pun intended. A fun and upbeat flow set to music to stimulate your groove-asana. A fire flow class with a little jive thrown in, be prepared to let loose and have a ball. This is a 'let your hair down' type class and a great source of joy and laughter. Dancing is optional, though quite hard to resist.

Yoga Sprouts... Bring your little ones to this fun introduction to yoga. Imagination and giggles welcome. This is a song and dance, noise making, wild animal extravaganza! A great way to develop a lifelong love of yoga and have a blast in the process. Parents welcome.

*Yoga w/ childcare... This is a pre-register ONLY class. Excellent for stay at home parents/nannies that would like a yoga class but may not get the opportunity otherwise. Class size is limited so please register early. Your children will be entertained by a certified red cross babysitter (or another mama like yourself) in our adjoining room with an activity and a healthy snack. The class is a drop-in fee of $20 and is not included in studio packages.

While yoga classes are an effective way of learning and practicing, there may come a time when a students needs can best be served with a one-on-one relationship with a teacher. In a private yoga session, there is undivided attention to your yoga practice, tailoring the session to your individual needs. It allows you to work freely with your yoga teacher to create a practice that makes sense for your body and your level of experience. Originally, yoga was taught by one teacher directly to one student. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the student. Today, a private session allows for a more intimate view into your practice. When you work with a teacher in this way, with a focus on your specific needs, the teacher is able to help you experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, practical way.

Reasons you might be considering a personal yoga session:

  • You're a beginner and you want to get started in yoga without being overwhelmed or intimidated
 • You want to go to the next level in your practice or work more in-depth
 • You have injuries or health concerns
 • You want to work toward a specific physical goal such as increased flexibility, balance, or strength, or target problem areas like tight hips, hamstrings or weak knees
 • You want to add yoga to your weight-loss or strength-training program
 • You want to work towards the development of a customized daily practice
 • You want personal attention to assist you in precise alignment, or to help modify postures and then develop alternatives to accommodate your physical ability
 • You want to go deeper into the spiritual side of yoga
 • You have children and it is difficult to get outside of the house for yoga

Guided by verbal instruction, imagery, demonstration, and hands-on direction, you will experience your yoga in a way that is personal and beneficial. Through a gentle approach that is suited to your level of practice, experience how the subtle power of yoga works with all aspects of your being — physical, psychological, and spiritual. Rediscover and enjoy your natural strength, suppleness, vigor, and health through yoga developed specifically for you.
